Nevim (Dunno)
Nevim (Dunno) publishing is yet another project of a social cooperative Tři Ocásci. We would like to publish literature, or pseudoliterature for that matters, that will embrace radical imagination and antisystem sense of humor.
Name of the publishing house refers not only to Socrates and his famous shrugging over the meaningless effort to know everything, but also to the flow we, as Ocásci, have for a neverending progressing and regressing. Last but not least it‘s the reference to Zapatista movement and it‘s way of moving forward through questions rather than answers. And walking they ask questions.
Broken Books
Broken Books is an independent publishing house that publishes books inspired by critical thinking and a desire to understand the world around us. We focus primarily on the social sciences—sociology, political science, philosophy—and on texts that force us to think, question, and explore topics that often remain outside the mainstream. Our goal is to publish books that are not just another voice in the crowd, but bring new perspectives. We strive to select authors whose work has not only professional quality, but also a moral and social dimension. We believe that a book can not only inform, but also transform, inspire to action, or help us see the world better.
Intifarma
We are a new e-shop selling products from Palestine. We want to be a drop in the sea of help and improve the economical situation of West Bank Palestinians, suffering long-term injustice through occupation, by selling their local products. All the products are vegan. Part of our profits are given back to the West Bank and Gaza.
Alarm
The Alarm publishing house has been operating since 2022, and its first published title was the book Piko. Since then, the number of publications has gradually expanded. Since 2024, translated titles have been added, bringing progressive thinking from around the world to the Czech environment.
Centrala
We publish comics, graphic novels and picture books for all generations. For us, comics means beautifully published, well written, and exceptionally drawn literature. A picture of life in a solid frame.

Neklid
Neklid publishes books, which which wouldn't have worked otherwise. It focuses on left-wing theory and practice, publishes environmental, feminist, political, economic and related literature in translations also by Czech authors. Neklid is not a classic publishing house, but is based on voluntary educational work in which everyone can get involved.

INN
Iniciativa nájemníků a nájemnic/ Tenants' initiative was founded in the autumn of 2022 and, as of today, operates in Brno, Prague, Moravian-Silesian region, České Budějovice and Olomouc. It was founded by renters dissatisfied by the current housing situation.

We come from Trnava, specifically Kubik and we just had out 5th birthday. In Risko we draw and print on old riso printer. We have fun and do politics - hand in hand. We like to drink coffee and watch water.
dolbyracc
Dolbyracc offers handmade products - their own illustrations, jewelry from up-cycled materials, hand-sewn patches and key rings, clothes with original prints, etc. The sale of products at the event is for the purpose of supporting two families from the Gaza Strip.
Černý flór
Černý flór is a cimetorology fanzine. Cimetorology is a free science about the poetry of the cemetery, which tries to prove, among other things, that the current adherence to "traditions" and "regulations" in burials leads to laughable situations at best, but can reach terrifyingly repressive proportions at worst. Just as a person should have the right to make free decisions about their life, they should also have the right to freely dispose of the remains. The fanzine features prose, poetry, professional articles, reports, interviews (e.g. with a grave robber) and lots of other content. In addition, in our distro we also offer other magazines and books whose authors or publishers share our love for punk, DIY ideas and the determination to not get shit on our heads.
ZINE:UNSEEN
ZINE:UNSEEN is a collective project and distribution platform for independent, critical self-publishing. It amplifies marginalized voices and artistic expressions beyond academic, institutional, and market structures. Rooted in the raw and politically radical origins of the zine, it dissolves the boundaries between art, self-publishing, and subculture.
kpBUNT
kpBUNT is a non-commercial, collectively managed and grassroot funded community space. kpBUNT also includes the Library of Ivan "Iča" Stodola with about a thousand titles focused on social criticism, radical politics and social movements. Merchandise of the collectives Uprising continues, Light and Karmína will also be available at their stand.
Mouvement Communiste
The aspiration of workers' autonomy is to create a different working class. One that can intervene in events at workplaces and in society as a distinct power, independent of the form and interests of the state, the motives of employers, the logic of capital, and the limits of trade unions. We have concrete experience that when workers rely on their own strength and intelligence, they can achieve many things: better salaries, working conditions, dignity. And also, above all, a more accurate and competent political view of their collective position and interests. We are convinced, and historical evidence suggests, that this path can overcome the society of capital and the state. In this direction, we try to combine practical efforts with theoretical ones, based on Marx's categories. We are not looking for a different, more "accommodating" state. With all humility and acceptance of the minority "path against the stream," we seek the freedom that only a "different" working class can bring.

Salé / R2
In 2012, an open library was founded in the Žižkov infocafé Salé, offering titles from Czech and international (not only anarchist) publishers and collectives. During the existence of Salé, a distribution network expanded, selling thousands of books at numerous festivals, concerts, and on the streets that our members visited. The group around Salé still takes part in organizing the Anarchist Bookfair in Prague and attends its' branches across Europe. Some of us went on to co-build the cooperative project Roleta2, where the entire distribution eventually moved and continued to grow. On our e-shop, in addition to literature, you can also find prints, graphics, music, and other goods.
ArtMap
The ArtMap bookstore offers the most up-to-date publications in the fields of art, photography, design, architecture, theory and philosophy. We select books that have an overlap with other fields and contemporary currents of thought, such as ecology, environmentalism or feminism. The ArtMap bookstore also contributes to the development and support of art literature through its accompanying programs, which include presentations by independent domestic and foreign publishing houses, art book projects, lectures, book launches, workshops for children, and other events.
Collective kenderica
An artistic, friendly and activist collective, which operates under various names mainly in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, but above all without borders. Our activities include, for example, rebel clowning, participatory art, but in the last year mainly work and games with Roma children from an excluded settlement in the east of Slovakia. Many of us have a background in theatre, sports, visual arts, dance and circus. We need and are planning several charity events to cover expenses, so you will be able to support us at the bookfair with a voluntary contribution. We will have patches, posters and zines on the table. From us, kindred spirits and children from the settlement.
AFED
The Anarchist Federation Publishing House focuses on publishing publications on anarchist theory, history and practice. It has aorund fifty books, pocket pamphlets, comics and hymnals and similar books to its credit. Several times a year we come out with a new issue of the anarchist magazine Existence, every month we prepare an A3 wall newspaper and, on the occasion of various events, the newsletter Zdola. We are not professionals and we neither want nor expect profit. Proceeds from sales always go to press coverage and the creation of other publications. We try to expand the horizons of the anarchist movement and ourselves - and we enjoy it too. We look forward to seeing you at the stand!
Pocket edition
Pocket Edition is a publishing house focused primarily on topics related to revolutionary anarchism, anarcho-communism, the proletarian class struggle, internationalism, and antimilitarism. All publications are just the right size to fit in your pocket. They are also available in various languages—not only Czech, but also English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, French, and others. You can get them for free, any donations placed in the collection box go towards reprinting additional titles. Note: To minimize the risk of dramatic or confrontational situations, we have decided that during the Anarchist Bookfair in Brno, we will not discuss the following topics with anyone outside our group: militarism—wars—nationalism—antimilitarism—anti-war movements—anti-imperialism—anti-colonialism—anti-fascism. If you’re interested, we can discuss these topics with you on other occasions. Please respect our decision.
